The Algeria FA have announced Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi was released from training yesterday.

The decision was made so to allow Brahimi to negotiate terms with his new club.

Everton are expected to sign the attacker today, though he has also been linked with Galatasaray.

The stumbling block for Blues could be the player's third party ownership.

Brahimi's registration is shared 50-50 between Porto and Doyen Sports.
