Everton have made an attempt for highly-rated Leicester City football chief Steve Walsh.

The Telegraph says Everton have made an approach to land Leicester's head of recruitment Steve Walsh.

Walsh, who is also Leicester's assistant boss, is credited with the discoveries of Riyad Mahrez, Jamie Vardy and N'Golo Kante at the King Power.

Everton are keen to restructure under Ronald Koeman and want Walsh to become their director of football.
