Everton are expected to pass on signing permanently fullback Ruben Vinagre.

Vinagre joined Everton in January on-loan from Sporting CP, with the deal including a permanent option of €21m.

However, the former Wolves defender has struggled for minutes, having made just four appearances.

As such, Everton are set to pass on keeping Vinagre long-term, says O Jogo.
