Everton keeper Tim Howard, one of the heroes of the United States' World Cup campaign in Brazil, confirms his international career is on hold and not finished. Promoting his new book 'The Keeper', the 35-year-old tells BBC Breakfast: "It's just a short hiatus. I wanted to spend some time with my family. It's been a busy and long eight years. I needed a breather but I will be back. I can't wait."
