Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti is being linked with the vacant manager's job at Everton.
Ancelotti has joined Vitor Pereira on the shortlist of candidates to replace Marco Silva as Everton manager.
The 60-year-old Italian has come under increasing pressure at Napoli amid an open revolt between players and the club's hierarchy.
And Everton have identified Ancelotti as a potential successor for the outgoing Silva, who was sacked on Thursday, says the Daily Mail.
Ancelotti is also believed to be on Arsenal's radar, with the top-flight strugglers' woes continuing after a home defeat by Brighton and the replacement for Unai Emery still unclear.
