Everton are making a late move for Ajax midfielder Riechedly Bazoer.

Ajax coach Peter Bosz announced last week that Bazoer would be sold next month and he was in Germany over the weekend.

Bazoer has verbally agreed terms with VfL Wolfsburg, but the two clubs are yet to discuss a fee.

De Telegraaf says Ajax intend to sell for €12 million and the delays have left an opening for Everton to step in.

Everton and Juventus have both made contact with Ajax in an attempt to trump Wolfsburg for Bazoer before the winter market opens.
