Everton boss Roberto Martinez is eyeing Valenciennes fullback Angelo Fulgini.
The Mirror says 18 year old defender Fulgini is emerging as a target for the Blues.
The right-back, who can also play wide and centrally in midfield, could be available for as little as 500,000 from Valenciennes who are currently languishing in France's Ligue 2.
France youth international Fulgini is also on AC Milan's radar.
