Everton hero Andrei Kanchelskis has called on John Stones to stay in England.

The defender has been watched by Real Madrid and Barcelona.

But Kanchelskis, speaking exclusively to 888Sport.com, says: “Sometimes it is difficult for football players because agents say you need to move to another club for better wages.

"It would be hard for a young player to move to another country but maybe another club in England yes."
