Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford was angry with himself after victory over Crystal Palace.
Pickford allowed Christian Benteke to draw the Eagles level at 1-1 after his tame shot squirmed under his body.
Everton rallied and went on to win the match 3-1, with Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin proving the goals after Bernard's opener.
"Yeah, disgusting [mistake]," he told BT Sport after the match.
"It was an unfortunate first goal, I'm disappointed with myself. I think my studs got caught but I hold my hand up for that.
"It shows my character and my mentality because I could've crumbled but I reset and I never let anything affect me. I try to just do my job for the team, that's what it's about, football."
