Everton goalkeeper Asmir Begovic says there's no panic facing Tottenham tonight.

The Toffees go into the game sitting in 18th place on the Premier League table.

"We're in a good spot and quite calm about the situation," Begovic told the BBC World Service's Sportsworld programme. "Everything is in our own hands and if we take care of business how we know we can, we will be OK.

"We're focused on our work, we had a really good break and we're excited about the last 10 games.

"We saw last year that if we perform, it will work out," he added. "It's a cliche but it's all about controlling what we can control.

"That's so easily said, but we will get enough points."
