Everton will have to work hard to sign Jean-Clair Todibo this summer.

The Toffees are keen on the defender, who is on loan at Schalke this season.

But the Barcelona man is much wanted, as the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan are also interested.

Mundo Deportivo also reports that Schalke have an option to buy the player for €25 million in the summer.

However, Barca may prefer to use Todibo in a deal with Juventus or Inter Milan for Miralem Pjanic or Lautaro Martinez.

Everton would have to outbid several clubs if they wish to sign Todibo this summer.
