Everton are said to be considering making a bid for Montpellier striker Elye Wahi.

The 19-year-old is available this winter for a fee of around £22.1 million.

Wahi, who has seven goals in 15 games for Montpellier, is managed by none other than super agent Jorge Mendes.

Per Media Foot, Everton are the latest side to show an interest in Wahi's signature.

The teenager has already represented France at various youth levels, including the U18s and U19s.

Everton boss Frank Lampard has made no secret of his desire to improve his team's attacking options.
