Everton are interested in signing 16-year-old attacker Anthony Weston.

The Blackpool star was involved for the Seasiders for the first time against Maidstone in December.

He was set to join Southampton, but the move fell through.

Now The Sun suggests that a move to Carlo Ancelotti's Everton is much more likely.

The Toffees want to focus on young players, with Wigan attacker Joe Gelhardt and Sunderland forward Joe Hugill two other targets.

There is competition for those players, with Tottenham the most interested in Hugill.
