Everton captain Phil Jagielka had a positive word for Cenk Tosun after their thrashing at Tottenham.
In his debut, the 26-year-old produced fine link-up play and set up Wayne Rooney for his disallowed goal, before being replaced by Dominic Calvert-Lewin just past the hour mark.
“He's only been here a few days but there were bits and bobs tonight – his first touch and hold-up play was great," said Jagielka.
“He didn't last the full 90 minutes but hopefully next weekend he can play well and get a goal. He and Wayne are two very clever players and hopefully they can create and score many goals for us."
