Everton boss Frank Lampard is full of praise for Tottenham's Antonio Conte.

Everton go to Spurs on Saturday.

Lampard said: "I have nothing but the highest things to say about him as a coach, he's had great success in his career. They've got fantastic players, we're all aware of the attacking threat, they're a very good unit so fair play to them."

He also said: "They've got a long way to go and so have I.

"I've got high standards but we mustn't ever think we're near where we want to be because we're not. That's not a criticism of any player but we've got work to be done. That work is ongoing.

"A lot of elements of the team are fresh and new so we can't expect immediate answers but can we progress every day and get a a bit better, that is in our hands."
