Everton boss Dyche on West Ham defeat: Failing to take chances

Everton boss Sean Dyche was left frustrated after their 3-1 home defeat to West Ham.

Beto scored for the hosts, though also failed from the penalty spot on the day.

Dyche said: "It's the same frustration we've had for most of the season. We're creating that many chances we have to take them. It's our responsibility because it's getting to the point where you can't believe what you're seeing. It's an otherwise very good performance but you have to have conviction in front of goal.

"Penalty has to go in, at least we got a penalty which is a positive.

"It's not a blow it's a reality. Too many games have got away from us at Goodison. We create golden chances, we don't take them and they had two more chances and scored them both. I'm frustrated because we're doing good stuff - but you have to score a goal. The pressure is on us now to score goals."
