Everton boss Sam Allardyce has held face-to-face talks with majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri.
The Mirror says Allardyce travelled to London yesterday following his calls for the club's owner to end the uncertainty that has engulfed his managerial reign.
Moshiri made it clear no decision has yet been made regarding Allardyce's future, but the club will not make any public statement of support either.
He has already sacked Roberto Martinez and Ronald Koeman since buying a controlling interest in Everton, and appointed Allardyce in November, to assume control from caretaker David Unsworth, who remains at the club.
Director of football Steve Walsh is also thought to have been at the meeting, and his future too is thought to be under review.
