Israel international striker Elyaniv Barda is a £2 million target for Everton.

The Mirror says Barda, 27, signed a new long-term contract with Belgian side RacingGenk just a week ago.

But David Moyes has been busy scouring Europe for a decent quality forward who comes within his tight budget and Barda - who has scored on average once every two matches in 18 months for Genk - fits the bill.
