Everton attacker Steven Naismith won't dwell on his failed goal effort in defeat at Manchester City.

The Scot was denied by a wonder save from Joe Hart.

Naismith said: "If I'm being hyper-critical of myself then maybe I could have lifted it over him. But it was a world-class save and that's why he's England No1.

"The difference in the game was we had chances and didn't take them, while they went up the other end and punished us."
