Everton have moved for Feyenoord defender Terence Kongolo.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is desperate to strengthen his defensive options and bring down the average age of his squad, which Kongolo can meet on both counts.

TMW says Everton are already in contact with Feyenoord about a fee for the Holland international.

A move to Merseyside would suit Kongolo, with kid brother Rodney on the books of Manchester City.

Koeman now plans to table a January offer for the 22 year-old.
