Everton and Utrecht are currently involved in transfer talks over striker Sebastien Haller, according to the Daily Mail.
The France U21 international scored 24 goals in 40 appearances for the Eredivisie club last season and was a subject of bids from Norwich City and Swansea City in January.
Haller has also attracted interest from other clubs such as Ajax, Tottenham, Sunderland, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace in recent times and also turned down a lucrative £14million transfer to Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan.
The 22-year-old is said to be interested in joining the Toffees where he would get the chance to work under Dutchman Ronald Koeman.
