Everton and Leeds United are closing on an agreement for Willy Gnonto.

The Italy international was a rare positive for Leeds during last season's relegation campaign.

TMW says Everton have offered €20m for Gnonto.

However, Leeds are insisting Gnonto won't leave for less then €22m this month. Talks between the two clubs are continuing today.
