Matteo Darmian has put Italy's impressive start at Euro2016 down to the death of the squad.
The Azzurri have already booked their spot in the last 16 after claiming impressive victories against Belgium and Sweden.
Manchester United defender Darmian started in the win against Belgium but was an unused substitute against Sweden.
He is expected to be back in starting eleven for the game against the Republic of Ireland.
"No, and I think that's the strength of this team," Darmian told UEFA.com when asked whether manager Antonio Conte will play a weakened squad in the final group game.
"There are no first and second choices. We all lend a hand and whoever goes out onto the pitch will give his best and we'll try to win like we did in these two last matches [against Belgium and Sweden]."
