Espanyol have seen off late competition from Lazio for Boca Juniors defender Facundo Roncaglia.
The 21 year-old wing-back is currently in Europe to finalise a move to Espanyol, this despite a late move from Lazio in recent days.
Espanyol hope to close a deal this week.
