Espanyol have released striker Raul Tamudo according to Catalunya Radio.

The 31-year old has almost become a part of the furniture at the Estadi RCDE after ten years of service but it seems as though the time has come to part ways.

The Spanish club are reportedly prepared to let Tamudo leave for just €2.5 million which has the likes of Sunderland, Bolton, Portsmouth, Wolves and Birmingham showing interest.
