Espanyol coach Tintin Marquez wants his players to stay grounded after they went clear at the top of the table.

Victory at Recreativo Huelva has Espanyol two points clear at the top of the Liga table, but Marquez insists: "We must continue to work with humility.

"We played calmly today, waiting for our chance and were ready when it came.

"Luis Garcia was outstanding. Not only because he scored the goal, but his overall game was excellent and the truth is we're very happy with him."
