Leicester City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson was extremely proud of his players after they managed a 2-2 draw with Premier League high-fliers Manchester City.
The Swede guided his side to a stirring draw in the FA Cup third round against the club he managed in between July 2007 and June 2008 and was jubilant after proceedings.
"I must be pleased with the performance and it was a good football match," he said.
"I'm very proud of my players and they should be proud of their display.
"We stood up to Manchester City, one of the best teams in the country.
"All the players were brilliant, brilliant today.
"You could not see much difference between the teams today although, of course, it will not be easy up there (in the replay)."
