Eriksson in frame for Cardiff job

Sven Goran Eriksson is being linked with the Cardiff City job.

The Mail on Sunday says Cardiff owner Vincent Tan, who saw his team beaten 3-1 by Liverpool, is preparing to axe Malky Mackay in the next 48 hours, with former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson one possible candidate to replace him.

"Whatever we do, we will do for the good of Cardiff," said Tan, who was the target of "We want Vincent out" chants from the 3,000 travelling fans.
