Eric Dier hailed the spirit at Tottenham after their 2-2 draw with West Ham United.

Spurs fought back from 2-0 down to rescue a point.

"We didn't start as well as we have recently and our football wasn't as aggressive and intense as normal so that was disappointing, but in the circumstances we've got to be happy that we managed to fight back.

"We showed great character and great spirit to get a point," Dier told the Spurs website.
