England womens coach Phil Neville linked with Sheffield Wednesday job

England womens coach Phil Neville is being linked with the Sheffield Wednesday job.

According to Sky Sports News, the former Everton captain is on Sheffield Wednesday's shortlist as they search for a new manager.

Neville is known to be keen on moving into club management after almost three years in international football.

He is waiting to hear whether he will be given the chance to lead the GB Women's team at the rearranged Tokoyo Olympics in 2021 with the FA expected to announce their decision this month.

Garry Monk was sacked on Monday with the Owls sitting 23rd in the Championship following a points deduction at the start of the season, which was cut from 12 to six last week.
