England's U17 World Cup winning staff face having to reapply for their jobs by the FA.
The Mirror reports Nick Levett, the Football Association's Talent ID manager, and highly-respected Steve Brown are two members of staff affected by the restructure carried out by FA boss Dave Reddin.
The timing of the process has stunned coaches and staff members after a year when England have won the U17 and U20 World Cups.
Indeed, it is understood some staff have decided to leave as they are so unhappy.
Richard Allen, formerly of QPR and Tottenham, has already quit his role amid fears about the new youth set-up to join Loughborough University.
