England manager Roy Hodgson has urged Theo Walcott he must find regular game time at Arsenal in order to be considered for Euro2016.
The 27-year-old forward has experienced limited minutes for the Gunners due to an injury-interrupted season and despite being selected in the most recent Three Lions squad, Hodgson fears he may not be ready to go in France this summer.
Walcott played no part in Saturday's come-from-behind win over Germany in Berlin before getting just over 30 minutes in Tuesday's 2-1 defeat to Holland at Wembley but Hodgson still wants him to be a Gunners regular in the final six weeks of the season to prove himself for the Euros.
"For Theo, he, like quite a lot of other players, will have to try hard to get back in the Arsenal team, otherwise I will not be seeing enough of him," said Hodgson.
"But we know Theo Walcott, we know what he can do and it will be a balance."
