Eibar have snapped up veteran midfielder Borja Fernandez.

The 33-year-old makes a brief return to the Liga BBVA after clinching the first edition of the Hero Indian Super League with Atlético de Kolkata.

He has signed a deal to the end of the season.

At the start of the season, he joined West Bengal's Atlético de Kolkata and went on to lift the title after the 'Tigers' beat Kerala Blasters in the final on 20 December. Borja is already back in Spain and training at the Atxabalpe complex with his new Eibar team mates.
