Dynamo Moscow board member Sergei Stepashin has urged Chelsea to wait to bid for Arsen Zakharyan.
The young midfielder is being linked with Chelsea and RB Leipzig this week.
Stepashin told Komsomolskaya Pravda: “Let (Chelsea owner Roman) Abramovich take an interest in his fate.
"Well, I know that such recommendations are given to him. Of course, you need to play here, in the national championship, for at least three more years. Well, in Dynamo, of course, where else to go, why?
"Get a little stronger, and then you can go. Otherwise, you can break. Because a foreign country, foreign players, foreign mentality. It can break a young guy. And he still has time to earn his own.
"We had many examples when people left (for England) and then disappeared altogether."
