Dynamo Dresden striker Terrazzino warns AC Milan players over Rangnick management

Dynamo Dresden striker Marco Terrazzino has lifted the lid on working with Ralf Rangnick.

While with Hoffenheim, Terrazzino was given his first team debut by Rangnick, who now is in advanced talks to take up a role with AC Milan.

Terrazzino told TMW: "As a coach I have a positive memory of Rangnick, but on a human level I have to say that he did not behave so well with me. 17 years old, I was very young and at the beginning he made me believe that I was a superstar. As happens to many players on the launch pad, after the debut I had some problems in confirming myself and he, instead of continuing to trust me, completely put me aside.

"It was not easy at that time, Rangnick wanted to win and that's it."

Asked about Rangnick and Milan, the striker added: "As a coach or manager he may do a great job, no doubt about it. He is a professor, a maniac in the study of his players, opponents and tactics, who did well in every team where he was, but we must see how he will find himself working in Italy.

"The mentality here in Germany is very different, the Germans are colder and more structured than the Italians and Rangnick himself will therefore have to adapt to a completely new, human and professional reality."
