Royston Drenthe has welcomed Real Madrid's capture of Ajax striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar.

The young fullback said of his fellow Dutchman: "I welcome him here with open arms.

"He is someone who can do things that others cannot hope to do.

"He is a machine inside the penalty area. If he pulls the trigger, he is just like Ruud van Nistelrooy, goal!"
