Doubts have been raised over Mathieu Flamini's long-term future at AC Milan.
The Bosman signing from Arsenal has failed to make a major impact since his arrival and Gazzetta dello Sport says Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti is yet to have been won over by the Frenchman.
Despite Andrea Pirlo missing through injury, Flamini has been limited to a bench role and was only given ten minutes in Milan's stalemate against Cagliari last week.
Instead, Ancelotti prefers to go with Rino Gattuso and even Clarence Seedorf, asking the Dutchman to play in an unfamiliar defensive role - rather than risk Flamini.
