West Brom have signed Chelsea defender Kyle Jameson.

Jameson has joined Albion from Chelsea on a one-year contract, with a further one-year option.

The 18-year-old will link up initially with Albion's Premier League 2 squad having already featured twice for James Shan's group in games against Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

After putting pen to paper on his contract, Kyle said: “I'm delighted. I did a bit of research and this is a wonderful club.

“I've already played a couple of games and enjoyed it. Once we start working together as a team then we'll start winning matches."
