Watford have announced via twitter the permanent signing of Ivory Coast international Brice Dja Djédjé.
The 25-year-old right wing-back has moved to the Hornets in a four-year deal from Marseille, where he featured 70 times during two-and-a-half seasons at the Stade Vélodrome.
Dja Djédjé has played seven times for the Ivory Coast national team and also represented his country at Under-23 and Under-20 levels.
"I had other proposals, yes, even a German club, but I preferred to sign for Watford because this is a good club," he told the French newspaper L'Equipe.
"I will find some former players of Ligue 1 and because it allows me to set foot in the Premier League."
