Jorge Saenz's move from Tenerife to Valencia has been confirmed.

Defender Saenz's signing has been made official by Valencia, with Los Che closing the deal to take him from Tenerife in July.

The 22-year-old will move to Mestalla on a contract that runs until June 2024 as they continue to plan ahead for the future, with Valencia already having signed Cadiz winger Manu Vallejo.

Tenerife explained in their own official statement that the agreement was for 50 percent of the player's economic rights.
