Sevilla have completed the signing of Bordeaux defender Jules Kounde.
Kounde has become the most expensive signing in Sevilla's history after joining from Bordeaux on a five-year deal for a fee of €25m.
The French centre-back, 20, has been on Monchi's agenda for a while and such were his performances in Ligue 1 last season that the Andalusians have not hesitated paying €25m, which surpasses the €21.5m they paid for previous record signing Luis Muriel, albeit with a significantly lower salary.
