Real Mallorca have signed veteran goalkeeper Ivan Cuellar.

The 39 year-old joins Mallorca from Sporting Gijon, where he spent two seasons.

The former Atletico Madrid keeper has signed a 12 month deal with Mallorca.

"I feel happy," Pichu' Cuéllar told club media. “In the end, when you join such an exciting project, you are really grateful, especially to those people who have put their trust in me. I'm also very eager to be able to train and help wherever I can.

“Obviously, you come with the sole intention of helping to make the project feasible and the objective that the club has in hand."
