Former Malaga defender Chechu has signed for Real Madrid.
Real Madrid have completed the signing of defender Jose Lopez Martinez, known as Chechu, from Malaga.
The Spain U17 international can play in both the centre of defence and as a left-back, whose power and versatility will be a key asset for his new club.
On Wednesday, he was at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu to witness Real's Copa del Rey clash with Leganes and when all of the documentation was processed, his move was completed.
His arrival at Real Madrid is the second in as many days for a player represented by agent Pere Guardiola, brother of Pep, following the signing of Brahim Diaz.
