Real Betis have signed Barcelona defender Chadi Riad.

Riad have joined Betis on a season-long with a mandatory purchase option.

The youngster will sign outright for €3m based on certain conditions. Barca will also be able to buy Riad back for a fee of €6m.

Riad joins Betis just days after former Barca defender Marc Bartra signed after being released by Trabzonspor.
