Lazio have completed the signing of Pedro from AS Roma.

Pedro makes the move to Roma's great city rivals today, joining in a free transfer.

The veteran attacker will take the No9 shirt at Lazio and train at Formello this afternoon.

Roma agreed to grant Pedro a free transfer to clear €8m off their books for the final two years of his contract.

The last player to move between the two Rome clubs was Carletto Perrone, who left Lazio for Roma in 1981.
