AS Monaco have signed Chelsea prospect Jonathan Panzo.
Panzo has joined Monaco on a permanent transfer.
The 17-year-old was part of the England side that won the U17 World Cup.
The Ligue 1 side's technical director Michael Emenalo has raided his old club for Panzo.
Emenalo spotted the youngster's potential during his seven-year spell at Chelsea, which ended in November when he quit his role as technical director.
Panzo had also attracted interest from several other foreign sides, including Valencia and German trio Borussia Monchengladbach, Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig.
But Emenalo's connections have allowed him to get the deal over the line.
The switch is expected to cost Monaco around £2.5million in compensation.
