Champions-elect Leicester City have clinched a first deal for next season.
Radio Marca says Sporting Gijon defender Luis Hernandez has agreed a pre-contract with the Foxes.
Hernandez, 26, is off contract in June and has been in Bosman negotiations with Leicester for some weeks.
Real Betis had also been in talks with Hernandez, but he broke off negotiations when Leicester came forward.
Hernandez came through the system at Real Madrid and is a former Castilla player.
