Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla will spend the season at Elche in La Liga.
The 34-year-old has been with the Whites since January 2019, making 62 appearances in that time.
Given the form of Illan Meslier, Casilla had become second choice and only played five games last term.
The club's official website have confirmed his loan move, which will allow him to gain regular first team football.
It is unclear if Leeds will dip into the transfer market for a replacement or promote a shot stopper from within.
