Lazio have snapped up Bordeaux midfielder Toma Basic.

The Croatia international joins Lazio for a fee of €7m plus a further €1m in bonuses should they qualify for the Champions League.

His contract with Bordeaux was in its final season after he joined from Hajduk Split in 2018 for €3.5m.

Basic scored nine goals in 82 competitive appearances for Bordeaux.
