Getafe have clinched the signing of Malaga striker Jack Harper.

The Scot will move to Getafe at the end of the season for a knockdown €1.5m.

The deal was heading to the courts over the status of Harper's registration, however that has now been avoided after the compensation was settled.

Harper, a former Real Madrid Castilla star, will see out the season with Malaga before joining Getafe in June.
